Dr. Baeza Dager serves as the Academic Assessment Manager, managing the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) assessment efforts and supporting the annual program assessment process through close collaboration with faculty and staff. Dr. Baeza Dager comes to Georgia Tech from Emory College of Arts and Sciences, where she served as Assistant Director of Academic Affairs. In that role, she oversaw curricular processes and supported the Curriculum and Educational Policy Committee. She brings extensive experience in assessment and evaluation, including more than a decade at Miami Dade College, where she served as Senior Assessment and Evaluation Associate and led key institutional effectiveness and evaluation initiatives.

Dr. Baeza Dager holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Development from Universidad del Norte, an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida State University.
